Collect and validate the yearly headcount needs from department heads and reflect it on the manpower plan. Monitor the progress of manpower plan and compliance with the time plan and approved Headcount.

Identify and execute appropriate internal and external sourcing resources to attract suitable candidates.
Effectively build and engage with talent pool through social media.
Keep the HR System updated with the structural changes, reporting relations, staff data.
Notify the Compensation department with the final accepted candidates to issue an offer and monitoring the process progress.
Conduct Competency-based interviews (CBI) for different levels, juniors, seniors, managers, and key positions in the organization and write their interview analysis assessment.
Manage the full cycle of the Psychometric assessments including analyzing the candidates reports and providing feedback
Responsible for the entire life cycle of the promotion (includes interviewing the nominated employees and providing feedback) and personnel Change of status process of the department accountable for.
Create career path and job families for different functions (technical, non-technical and support functions) aligned with compensation grading system.
Prepare progress and SLA reports on the status of all departments’ hiring and its hiring duration in addition to other specific and tailored reports required by management.
