BA/BS degree i n Business Administration, HR, or relevant field

We are hiring a Sourcing Specialist who will help LXT f ulfil the freelancers sourcing needs for all LXT projects , c onduct the needed crowdsourcing activities in alignment with the Marketing team , s upport in building LXT ’s crowdsourcing database , and s upport in e stablish ing and maintain ing a global network of vendors who act as extended partners to LXT .
Manage LXT’s crowdsourcing database . Onboard and manage global sourcing vendors in all regions/territories . Obtain needed partnership agreements with vendors . Negotiate best prices with vendors . Manage a global network of specialized vendors . Manage the global university relations portfolio for sourcing objectives in conjunction with Talent Acquisition Dept Plan and execute LXT existence in global employment fairs in alignment with Talent Acquisition Dept Balance the sourcing between freelancers and vendors based on best-cost model . Study thoroughly sourcing needs for all projects and fulfil them in a timely manner . Coordinate with Operational Excellence team to set sourcing quality metrics and controls . Follow up on resources performance coming from OPEX to act upon individual performance history . Assure projects’ sourcing needs are met within set budget . Help in e stablish ing crowd-care strategy and execute it to ensure crowd engagement . Collaborate with sales and marketing team s to identify and grow opportunities . Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed .
