Technical Interviewer - QC

We are currently seeking a skilled Technical Interviewer with expertise in Quality Control (QC) to join our team at Squadio. As a Technical Interviewer, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating the technical skills and knowledge of candidates applying for QC positions. You will assess candidates' proficiency in QC concepts, testing methodologies, tools, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical interviews for QC candidates
• Evaluate candidates' understanding of QC concepts and testing methodologies
• Assess candidates' knowledge of test automation frameworks, tools, and scripting languages
• Evaluate candidates' problem-solving skills for QC-related scenarios and challenges
• Provide constructive feedback and recommendations to hiring managers
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the QC field
• Collaborate with the HR team to enhance the interview process
