Job Description

  • Understand and analyze design requirements, including identifying gaps or missing information needed to perform Validation/testing activities.
  • Develop testing plans, test cases, scripts, and automation need to verify that the software meets the high-level requirements.
  • Document test results, Report findings (SW Bugs) on the defects management tool and prepare test reports.
  • Utilize automation testing for continuous and regression testing.
  • Participate in providing software validation project estimations and technical risk assessment.
  • Perform hardware analysis and debugging/ troubleshooting for the ECU/testing environment on need.
  • Develop test scripts, create test sets and maintain test scripts.
  • Execute smoke testing and test cases in different environments (Production / Quality / Pre-Production.
  • Follow standard team processes and guidelines and ensure process conformance.
  • Report work progress in Daily / weekly meetings.
  • Support his team whenever required.
