📌 Key Responsibilities: ▪ Prepare quantity take-offs from tender and shop drawings.
â–ª Develop and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
â–ª Prepare and review monthly payment certificates for clients and subcontractors.
â–ª Measure and verify executed quantities on-site against contract drawings.
â–ª Prepare variation orders and assess additional or omitted works.
â–ª Coordinate with site engineers to resolve technical and quantity-related issues.
â–ª Monitor material quantities and ensure alignment with project requirements.
â–ª Prepare final quantity reconciliation and project final accounts.
📌 Requirements: ▪ Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
â–ª Proven experience in Quantity Surveying / Technical Office within construction projects.
â–ª Strong knowledge of BOQs, invoices, variation orders, and quantity take-off.
â–ª Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and quantity surveying software.
â–ª Excellent analytical and communication skills.
