Job Description

At Project Growth, we are expanding our internal team and are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to lead the recruitment efforts for key technical roles such as Full Stack Developers, DevOps Engineers, and more. This remote position allows you to bring your expertise to our growing team from anywhere in the world.



As a Technical Recruiter on our internal team, you will be instrumental in building a talent pipeline for critical technical positions. Your focus will include sourcing and attracting top-tier candidates, especially those with experience in roles such as Full Stack Developers, DevOps Engineers, and other technical specialists.

English proficiency at a native level is a prerequisite, and applications without videos will not be considered.


Responsibilities:


  • Employ effective outbound recruitment strategies to identify and engage both active and passive candidates for critical technical roles


  • Proactively encourage a high volume of applications for technical positions by implementing targeted recruitment strategies in different channels


  • Conduct in-depth technical assessments, emphasizing the skill sets required for roles like Full Stack Developers, DevOps Engineers, and other specialized technical positions.


  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions tailored to technical positions.


  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, from initial outreach to offer acceptance.


  • Explore outsourcing opportunities to diversify talent acquisition channels for specialized technical roles.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, specializing in sourcing for roles like Full Stack Developers, DevOps Engineers, and other technical specialists.


  • Strong understanding of various tech stacks, programming languages, and development methodologies.


  • Proficient in outbound recruitment strategies and comfortable exploring outsourcing options for technical positions.


  • Ability to manage the full recruitment life cycle, demonstrating strong organizational and multitasking skills.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


  • Familiarity with remote recruitment best practices.


  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.



Working Hours: This is a full-time remote position with working hours from 9 am to 6 pm EST
