Tagaddod is seeking a detail-oriented Traceability Analyst to ensure all material movements are accurately recorded, supported by documentation, and fully traceable from receipt through dispatch.
The Traceability Analyst is responsible for validating traceability records, reviewing supporting documentation, reconciling material movements, and supporting mass balance activities across the business.

Responsibilities: Review and verify incoming and outgoing material records.
Validate supporting documentation for all material movements.
Ensure materials can be traced from receipt through storage, processing, transfer, and dispatch.
Reconcile operational records against ERP, traceability, and sustainability systems.
Support maintenance of mass balance records.
Investigate discrepancies and escalate issues to the Senior Traceability Analyst.
Maintain complete and organized traceability documentation.
Support ISCC and other sustainability certification requirements.
Prepare documentation and evidence required for audits.
Follow traceability controls and verification procedures.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to traceability and data quality.
Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in auditing, inventory control, inventory reconciliation, supply chain operations, compliance, accounting, data analysis, or related fields.
Familiarity with traceability concepts and data integrity principles.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across multiple locations.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience with documentation management and audit support is a plus.
