Vendor Management-Senior Specialist

A global Petrochemical SSC seeks a Vendor Management-Senior Specialist with 4-5 years of expertise in onboarding new suppliers. You will be the key point of contact for suppliers during the process:

• Initiate supplier pre-screening process, approval flows for contracts & vendors
• Manage supplier onboarding in the collaboration tool
• Establishing guidelines for evaluating the performance of approved vendors.
• Assist vendors with approvals, ensuring compliance with business policies, informing them about their responsibilities, and managing vendor documents for onboarding.
• Create purchase orders
• Taking the onboarding cycle timing into account

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience with proven experience working with vendors
• Proficiency in SAP is Must
• Strong negotiation, management, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Fluency in English is a Must
