Job Description
A global Petrochemical SSC seeks a Vendor Management-Senior Specialist with 4-5 years of expertise in onboarding new suppliers. You will be the key point of contact for suppliers during the process:
- Initiate supplier pre-screening process, approval flows for contracts & vendors
- Manage supplier onboarding in the collaboration tool
- Establishing guidelines for evaluating the performance of approved vendors.
- Assist vendors with approvals, ensuring compliance with business policies, informing them about their responsibilities, and managing vendor documents for onboarding.
- Create purchase orders
- Taking the onboarding cycle timing into account
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience with proven experience working with vendors
- Proficiency in SAP is Must
- Strong negotiation, management, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Fluency in English is a Must
