Job Description:
- Lead and inspire a team of warehouse, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Plan for future capacity constraints and requirements.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvements in warehouse performance.
- Review and prepare workflows and action plans that meet company standards for productivity, quality, and safety standards.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures and by complying with regulations.
- Ensure Good warehousing practices are followed.
- Ensure fulfilling loading requirements for all sales channels on time.
Job Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer background is a must (Excellent Excel user)
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- At least 2 years of proven experience leading a team
