Key Responsibilities:

• General Warehouse Operations:

  
  
  • Oversee the timely receipt, sorting, and storage of materials.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Department to ensure prompt quality inspections.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and comprehensive stock audits, adhering to company procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and timely inventory records, ensuring stock integrity exceeds 99.98%.
  • Report any inventory discrepancies to the Resource Management Planning Team immediately.
  • Manage data entry for all warehouse activities into the SAP system efficiently.
  • Prepare raw materials promptly for delivery to production subcontractors and satellite locations.
  • Implement lean management practices to optimize operations.
  • Maintain minimal inventory levels for indirect materials while striving for zero production line stoppages and zero quality issues.
  • Support new project launches and analyze resource, equipment, space, and process needs to meet customer requirements.
  • Administer Kanban Control Cycles to optimize inventory and meet production demands.
  • Handle the reception, collection, and sorting of finished goods, ensuring timely and accurate SAP entries.
  • Coordinate the loading of finished goods according to the loading list and shipping plan.
  • Manage the preparation and dispatch of outbound documents and invoicing.

• Inventory Management:

  
  
  • Address abnormal inventory situations with the Production Control & Planning Team immediately.
  • Perform weekly cycle counts and annual stock audits, taking necessary actions to rectify discrepancies.
  • Uphold absolute stock integrity for finished goods.

• Team Leadership:

  
  
  • Foster a collaborative team environment and spirit.
  • Train team members to meet and exceed company standards.
  • Develop team performance and discipline.

• Performance Reporting:

  
  
  • Generate daily reports on finished goods stock levels.
  • Identify opportunities for logistics cost optimization.
  • Achieve targeted truck and packaging density.
  • Meet stock day targets and maintain 99.98% stock integrity.
  • Attain a Total Service Output (TSO) of 100%.

• Infrastructure Management:

  
  
  • Provide ongoing training to team members to fulfill company objectives.
  • Oversee forklift driver training and qualifications.
  • Enhance team performance and discipline.

• Environmental, Health, Safety, and Quality Standards (EHS and IATF):

  
  
  • Enforce waste management, EHS, and quality management system (QMS) standards, including IATF, MMOG, QSB+, and DIESE.
  • Support New Year Strategy (NYS) activities and action plan implementation.
  • Promote adherence to company basics and support new project initiatives.

Job Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role preferred in same industry.

• Good communication skills.

  
  

• Leadership and organizational skills.

  
  

• Fluency in English.
