NOK Human Capital is hiring "Workforce Specialist" for one of the most well known E-commerce companies internationally in their warehouse & delivery station.
This role is integral to the success of the operations business, building relationships and working proactively with internal company teams will be key. The ideal candidate will work effectively with internal and external customers and possess great communication skills.
Job Description:
Manage a complex high-volume recruitment process to meet all customer SLAs.
Utilize relevant channels to source candidates. Manage pipeline internal as well as 3P agencies pipelines ensuring candidates meet hiring bar prior to onboarding.
Owns hiring process, and HRS relationship to build and constantly improve candidate onboarding experience
Report on sourcing channel measures of success
Collate HVH data for reports, produce trend analysis
Job Qualifications:
1) Previous recruiting and/or HR experience, especially in high volume role
2) Experience of reporting data to senior stakeholders
3) Experience of managing third party suppliers i.e. agencies, payroll vendors
4) Demonstrated customer service focus which provides for an excellent candidate experience
5) Fluency in written and spoken English is required
6) Ability to work efficiently and accurately when under pressure to meet tight deadlines
7) Experience recruiting into an engineering/manufacturing or construction environment is a plus
