About the department


Digital Data (DD)&IT Development Global Business Services (GBS) Regulatory Solutions, a part of Digital Data (DD)&IT Global Business Services (GBS), a portfolio of GxP & business critical applications is being managed and supported. These applications are among the most critical IT systems in Novo Nordisk supporting essential processes and being used 24x7 by thousands of users worldwide. Regulatory Solutions works closely with line of Business, System managers, Quality Check (QC)/Quality Assurance (QA) and subject matter experts across the Novo Nordisk IT organization in Denmark and India. We work in Submissions and Labelling (SuLa) ART.


The Position 


As an Advance Business Analyst – II, you will be responsible for Release & Incident Management for Software as a service (SAAS) Solution. You will be entrusted with the below responsibilities:


  • Release & Incident Management for Vault RIM system. Support system releases while performing Release manager and Validation Responsible role and handling change\release requests to comply with the Change Management work instruction. Incident/Problem/Change Management and ensure closure. 
  • Coordinate activities in the Vault RIM environments and coordinate dependencies to other teams such as Jedis, COSMOS etc. Ensure the lessons learned are captured after every release and ensure continuous improvement of the release processes.
  • Ensure the relevant stakeholders are invited to key release activities: scope validation, impact assessment, demos, lessons learned etc. Actively drive new system Releases, Quality Risk Assessment, Test coordination / Validation and Defect Management, etc.
  • Close collaboration with external vendor and ensuring that vendor deliverables are in quality and timelines are adhered to and support System Manager on the system management activities as and when required participate in system operation and maintenance in IT System Management and demonstrate pro-activeness and ownership.
  • Manage own time planning and timely deliverables, communicate and involve relevant stakeholders and participate in PI planning session and iteration meetings and Inform scrum master and product owner about the tasks and highlight any challenges.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor or Masters in relevant field with total of 10+ years of experience in IT and more than 8+ years of experience within field of expertise ITIL & SAFE skills.
  • Strong Compliance understanding and documented GXP experience from several systems (8+ years’ experience).
  • Strong in Release Management with any Software as a service (SAAS) Solutions.
  • Strong in Change management, Incident / Problem management.
  • Must have experience in Agile methodology/ SAFE, usage of ADO etc.
  • Must have experience in ServiceNow tool.
  • Good understanding of compliance/GxP processes.
  • Preferably experience working with Veeva Vault.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to represent NN in relation with users and external stakeholders.
