• Analyze large datasets using statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Develop and implement data models and algorithms to support business decisionmaking

• 5+ years of transferrable experience
• Proven track record of success in sales analytics or related roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to lead and inspire a team

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, or a related field
