We are seeking a Senior ADAS Perception & Sensor Fusion Engineer to join our team and play a key role in designing and developing advanced automotive algorithms for ADAS and Autonomous Driving systems.


Your Role

As a Senior ADAS Perception & Sensor Fusion Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing perception algorithms for Radar, Camera, and LiDAR-based ADAS systems. Your key responsibilities will include:


  • Develop advanced algorithms for ADAS and Autonomous Vehicle applications.
  • Design and implement perception algorithms including object detection, target estimation, object tracking, road model estimation, and target selection.
  • Develop AI-driven perception and environmental understanding systems.
  • Define software interfaces and ensure efficient implementation, integration, and validation of algorithms.
  • Build and utilize tools, methods, and frameworks to support algorithm development and testing.
  • Support hardware evaluation and selection activities, with focus on AI-enabled SoCs and next-generation computing platforms.
  • Assess and report algorithm performance using simulation and vehicle test data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and solve complex technical challenges.
  • Partner with vehicle testing teams to tune and optimize algorithm performance across vehicle platforms.
  • Effectively plan, prioritize, and manage deliverables to meet project milestones and quality targets.
Your Background

Qualifications:


  • Master's degree (M.E./M.Tech) in Electronics, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Robotics, or a related field.
  • 6–12 years of experience in ADAS, Autonomous Driving, Perception Systems, or Automotive Algorithm Development.

Technical Skills:


  • Strong expertise in ADAS algorithms involving Radar, Vision, and LiDAR perception.
  • Experience in Multi-Sensor Fusion, Object Tracking, Localization, and Environmental Perception.
  • Knowledge of Motion Planning, Trajectory Planning, and Vehicle Control Algorithms (Lateral & Longitudinal Control).
  • Proficiency in Simulink and Model-Based Development.
  • Strong understanding of Control Theory, Kalman Filters, Extended Kalman Filters (EKF), and state estimation techniques.
  • Experience with AI/ML techniques for perception and autonomous driving applications.
  • Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Vehicle Testing and Validation processes.
  • Knowledge of Automotive Product Development standards including ASPICE and ISO 26262.
  • Exposure to Scaled Agile Frameworks and modern software development methodologies.
