An Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for candidates with strong expertise in Machine Learning, Data Science, or Quantitative Engineering, preferably from premier institutions and with a background in reputed product-based organizations.
Key Competencies:
Data & Analytical Thinking:
•Strong problem-solving ability with a data-first mindset
•Ability to extract insights from historical datasets (pattern recognition, anomaly detection, performance analysis)
•Comfortable working with messy, real-world data
Engineering & Build Capability:
•Able to build end-to-end systems (data ingestion → modeling → output tools)
•Experience developing internal tools, dashboards, or APIs
•Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS/GCP) is preferred
•Domain Preference (Important but not mandatory)
•Prior experience in finance, trading, fintech, or quantitative roles is highly preferred OR Demonstrated interest in financial markets with the ability to quickly ramp up
