You are:

  • Passionate about technology, with personal ownership for the work you do.

  • Curious and eager to learn new things, and willing to challenge the status quo.

  • Willing to embrace work outside of your comfort zone, and open to guidance from others.

  • Data and quality focused, with an eye for the details that make great solutions.

  • You sometimes make mistakes, but always willing to learn from them.

We are:

  • Passionate about building quality software and scalable technology to meet the needs of tomorrow.

  • Building solutions for both BlackRock and over 100+ financial organizations who use our platform.

  • We have strong Java expertise and work with a range of technologies such as Cassandra, Kafka, Snowflake, Angular and many others.

  • Writing testable software every day, with a focus on agile innovation.

Responsibilities include:

  • Work with team members, Product managers and Risk professionals across the globe to understand and refine business and functional requirements and build scalable technical solutions.

  • Apply quality software engineering practices through all phases of the development lifecycle.

  • Ensure resilience and stability through quality code reviews, unit, regression, and UAT

Qualifications:

  • B.E. or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

  • 1 – 3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.

  • Good hands-on object-oriented programming experience in Java, Spring, Microservices/API development, TypeScript, Angular.

  • Experience developing and working with relational databases (SQL, Data modelling).

  • Experience following Agile Development practices and standard methodologies including test driven development (TDD), unit testing discipline and Continuous Integration/Deployment (CI/CD).

Nice to have:

  • Experience with development on Cloud Platforms like Microsoft Azure.

  • Experience or real interest in finance, investment, or risk management domain.
