Sanofi Global Hub (SGH) is an internal Sanofi resource organization based in India and is setup to centralize processes and activities to support Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CHC, CMO, and R&D, Data & Digital functions. SGH strives to be a strategic and functional partner for tactical deliveries to Medical, HEVA, and Commercial organizations in Sanofi, Globally.

  • Within our commercial Insights, Analytics, and Data organization we are transforming to better power decision-making across our end-to-end commercialization process, from business development to late lifecycle management.
  • Deliverables support commercial planning and decision making across multiple countries and globally.
  • In addition to ensuring high-quality deliverables, our team drives synergies across the franchise, fosters innovation and best practices, and creates solutions to bring speed, scale and shareability to our planning processes. As we endeavour, we are seeking a dynamic talent for the role of “Analyst – Marketing Analytics
  • We are looking for a team member to support our Global analytics team. Robust insights & analytics is a priority for our businesses, as the product potential has major implications to a wide range of disciplines.
  • It is essential to have someone who understands and aspires to implement innovative analytics techniques to drive our insights generation across different franchises.
  • People:
    • Maintain effective relationship with the end stakeholders within the allocated GBU and tasks.
    • Actively lead the insights generation and analytics across engagement.
    • Being the PoC and accountable overall project and stakeholder management.
  • Performance:
    • Analyse data from various channels, including media, email, and website interactions, to assess campaign performance and identify areas for optimization.
    • Utilize analytical tools and methodologies to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, digital, and sales, to develop integrated omnichannel campaigns that drive engagement and brand awareness.
    • Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to inform omnichannel strategies and tactics.
    • Proactively identify opportunities to optimize the performance and efficiency of existing processes/procedures to align countries reporting and global teams reporting by providing best-practises and perform gap analysis.
    • Refresh Existing Reports and identifies improvement opportunities in reporting and BI tools and as needed structure / functionality with the latest insights as they become available
    • Generate insights at the country level from intricate data sets and establish a connection to synthesize insights at the global level for enhancing omnichannel traffic for healthcare professionals (HCPs) and patients
    • Quick learner and adaptable to provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed
  • Process:
    • Support delivery of projects in terms of coordination, quality, timeliness, efficiency, and high technical standards.
    • Secure adherence to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with all applicable standards.
    • Lead and prepare omnichannel analysis reports on frequency/cycle basis (weekly / monthly / quarterly / annually), along with QC checks
    • Present Insights analysis reports directly to Global Business team, being accountable and responsible.
    • Use latest tools/technologies/methodologies and partner with internal teams to provide support on all sort of regular and ad hoc business analytics activities like build, maintenance, and enhancements of such systems.
    • Ability to work cross-functionally, gather requirements, analyse data, and generate insights and reports that can be used by the GBU.
    • Work collaboratively with the stakeholder teams to prioritize work and deliver on time-sensitive requests.
    • Be able to provide and defend gathered intelligence, methodology, content, and conclusions to the global leadership in a clear, concise format.
  • Stakeholder:
    • Work closely with global and local teams and/ external vendors to ensure the end-to-end effective project delivery.

About you


  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, with a focus on omnichannel strategies and analytics.
  • Proven expertise in marketing analytics for media, email, and website omnichannel marketing, with hands-on experience in campaign development and optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
  • Soft skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement in omnichannel marketing strategies.
  • Strong learning agility and team player who is curious, dynamic, with ability to think strategically in an ambiguous environment leveraging advanced statistical and analytical techniques.
  • Ability to manage ambiguous environments, to adapt to changing needs of the business, to operate effectively in an international matrix environment and willing to work across time zones
  • Technical skills:
    • Proficiency in data analytics tools such as advance excel, PBI, or similar platforms
    • Strong problem-solving skills, able to think creatively about challenging problems.
  • Education: Bachelor's/ master’s degree in Biology/Biotech/Pharma/marketing, business administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Languages: Excellent knowledge in English and strong communication skills – written and spoken
