Firmwide Analytics Management (FAIM) is the strategy and execution arm for Chief Analytics Office (CAO). The team is responsible for setting the Analytics strategy for the firm, developing, and executing on the programs aligned with that strategy, and deploying the infrastructure needed to measure, monitor, and support all analytics deployment across the firm. The team reports directly to the Co-Chief Analytics Officers (CAO) and has accountability to various senior executives across the firm as well as the Operating Committee. The objective of the team is to further enhance the firmwide adoption of AI/ML/Gen-AI by improving the pace of deployment and the impact of the business cases being deployed.
