The Team:

The successful candidate will collaborate with product, solutions, and engineering teams to ensure the successful delivery of customer onboarding implementations for S&PGlobal'sKYC services.

Responsibilities:
This role involves managing large project implementations, requiring a high degree of client service effort and customization.
Manage priority items and ensuretimelyescalations of key risks/issues to management.
Identifyand execute process improvements, provide guidance, and support key process and technology initiatives to the business.
Ensure that Quality and Productivity standards are adhered to.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure work gets completedintime.
Get trained onthe anyregulatory and compliancerequirement, other process changes in KYC/Screening.
Keep informed of any changes to processes and procedures, policychangeand ensure open verbal dialogue with colleagues across locations.
Maintain compliance with confidentiality in handling client sensitive information.
Ability to work on complex entity structures globally
Exposure to various KYC/Screening tools such as Quantified, Accuity, World Check, Lexis Nexis, etc.
Review and disposition of Alerts generated through the screening of the clients and other relationships
WhatWe’reLooking For:
Basic Qualification
Fresher 2025 or 2026passout: BBA/B.Com/M.com/MBA (IT Marketing, Sales, Operations)
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong Knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel
Must be willing to work flexibleshift(both UK and US)
High levelof attention to detail and accuracy.
Good written, presentation, and verbal communication skills that canappliedacross organizational levels
Good commercial awareness and governance
Preferred Qualifications
0-1 years relevant experience in Corporate KYC and AML Compliance.
Experience in KYC Onboarding and Remediation (Full Review, Risk Assessment), Outreach to clients, and Screening (Alert disposition on entitles and related parties) with a demonstratedtrack recordsupporting international clients.
Understanding ofeach entitytypese.g., NBFI, Corporations, General Partner, Limited Partner, Limited Liability Company (LLC), Trust, Fund, Special Purpose Vehicle, Bank etc.
Good knowledge of various agreements and how to find relevant information from the agreements – LLC agreement, Private Placement Memorandum, Limited Partnership, etc.
Must have knowledge and experience to extract relevant information from the public domain.
