Your impact

A well-motivated and creative Graduate Engineer with excellent numerical, logical, and analytical ability who wants to work in Engineering, Planning or Design Consulting on multi-disciplinary engineering projects. Apprentice program is designed to provide hands-on, real-world experience through structured on-the-job training within live projects.

Apprentices will work closely with Jacobs’ senior professionals and project managers, gaining exposure to technical practices, project delivery processes, and organizational culture.

• Core competency / Functional Knowledge: Cost estimation, basics of BOQ preparation, budgeting fundamentals, project management lifecycles
• Technical Skill / Tools: Proficiency in Advanced level of MS Excel and MS Office Tools, basic to intermediate level of Power BI knowledge, good to have MSP or P6 exposure,
• Soft Skill: Should be able to work independently, good communication and teamwork skills, logical thinking, solution-oriented, learning agility
• Additional specialization (good to have): Exposure to construction / engineering project experience or good internship exposure during the curriculum with basic understanding of project environments, Familiarity with project documentation and reporting process

Here's what you'll need

• Bachelor’s / Master’s in Engineering or other relevant technical disciplines

• Academic Passing in 2026 
• No Dead or Live Backlogs/AT-KT
• More that 7 CGPA in all semester 
• Should not have any work experience or registered in NATS portal
