Architect

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and innovative Architect to join our team in Chennai. This role requires a balance of creativity and practicality, as the Architect will be responsible for designing and overseeing various construction projects from conception through completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design architectural solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
  
• Collaborate with clients to determine functional and spatial requirements of structures.
  
• Prepare and present feasibility reports and design proposals to clients.
  
• Develop detailed drawings and specifications for structural, mechanical, and electrical systems, using CAD software.
  
• Coordinate with construction contractors to ensure adherence to architectural plans and quality standards.
  
• Supervise the construction process to ensure alignment with design specifications.
  
• Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of tasks.
  
• Stay updated with the latest architectural trends and advancements in construction materials.
  

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; Master’s degree preferred.
  
• Registered as a licensed architect in India.
  
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
  

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
  
• Strong understanding of structural analysis, construction methodologies, and material properties.
  
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of articulating complex design concepts clearly to non-architects.
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines.
  
• Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
