As an Assembly Integration and Test Engineer in our Space Division, you will play a critical role in the assembly, integration, and testing of space systems and subsystems, ensuring all components meet the highest quality standards before launch.
This position requires a blend of hands-on technical expertise and strong problem-solving skills to ensure that our space projects are flawlessly executed.
Your key responsibilities will include: Leading the assembly and integration of satellite components and systems in compliance with engineering specifications and applicable safety standards.
Developing and executing detailed test plans and procedures for functional, environmental, and performance testing of satellite subsystems.
Conducting integration tests to validate system performances, maintaining documentation of all tests and results.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design, systems engineering, and quality assurance, to identify integration issues early in the process and drive them to resolution.
Using specialized test equipment to perform testing and data acquisition during assembly and integration phases.
Ensuring all assembly and testing activities are conducted following best practices and in adherence to NASA and industry guidelines.
Participating in anomaly investigations to determine root causes of failures and propose corrective actions.

Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in assembly, integration, and testing of aerospace systems or similar complex systems.
Hands-on experience with satellite or space vehicle assembly and integration processes.
Solid understanding of test methodologies and experience with environmental testing (thermal, vibration, etc.
). Experience with data analysis tools and software such as Python, LabVIEW, or equivalent.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Willingness to travel to test sites and customer locations as needed.
