About the Role:


In this opportunity as Asset and Configuration Auditor, you will:


  • Be responsible for the execution of reactive and proactive processes and activities required to design, implement, maintain, and improve the compliance and performance of operations processes.


  • Works as a liaison among stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for executing business processes, and policies. 


  • Understands business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and implements solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.



About You:

You're fit for the role of Asset and Configuration Auditor if your background includes:


  • Years of Experience: 2 - 6 Years


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a computer related field
    Knowledge and skills.


  • Minimum 5 years of working experience with technology operations.


  • Minimum 2 years of working experience with databases strongly desired.


  • Experience creating application or business service models.


  • Experience working with project managers, architects, and platform teams to implement applications.


  • Experience with IT Service management process (i.e. incident, problem, change, etc.) desired.


  • ServiceNow platform experience or other Service Manager or Asset Manager experience desired.


  • ITIL Foundations Certified desired
