About the Role:
In this opportunity as Asset and Configuration Auditor, you will:
Be responsible for the execution of reactive and proactive processes and activities required to design, implement, maintain, and improve the compliance and performance of operations processes.
Works as a liaison among stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for executing business processes, and policies.
Understands business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and implements solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.
You're fit for the role of Asset and Configuration Auditor if your background includes:
Years of Experience: 2 - 6 Years
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a computer related field
Knowledge and skills.
Minimum 5 years of working experience with technology operations.
Minimum 2 years of working experience with databases strongly desired.
Experience creating application or business service models.
Experience working with project managers, architects, and platform teams to implement applications.
Experience with IT Service management process (i.e. incident, problem, change, etc.) desired.
ServiceNow platform experience or other Service Manager or Asset Manager experience desired.
ITIL Foundations Certified desired
