Job Title: Assistant officer -Machine Maintenance

Location: Bhiwadi, India

Your Role

Responsible for ensuring smooth operation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment through preventive and breakdown maintenance activities. Support production by minimizing downtime and maintaining equipment reliability.

Main Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of industrial machines and utilities.
• Troubleshoot and repair pumps, motors, valves, pneumatic, hydraulic, and chiller systems.
• Maintain equipment such as Power Press, CNC Machines, Swaging Machines, Soldering, Electro-Plating, and Paint Shop equipment.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and maintenance standards.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams for smooth operations.
• Maintain maintenance records and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Willingness to work in shifts and respond to emergency breakdowns.

Candidate Profile

Experience

• 4–8 years of experience in Industrial/Mechanical Maintenance.
• Experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance of manufacturing equipment.

Technical Expertise

• Strong knowledge of pumps, motors, valves, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, chillers, pipelines, and industrial maintenance.
• Experience in troubleshooting and machine repair.

Educational Qualification

• ITI (Fitter) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
