QUALIFICATIONS

  • Chartered Accountant; MBA preferred
  • 6+ years of experience in a leading company with the finance team (post-qualification)

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

You will be a part of the finance team in our Gurugram, India Office (INO) and will report to the Senior Manager, Finance.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

You will be leading annual planning process and opex management. You will be working very closely with Professional Development (PD) team on overall people model and driving overall plans for office 1 year, 5 year plans.  
You will be working with other functional leaders – administration, travel, executive assistants, communication, etc. on plans and helping them to track actuals on opex. 
You will manage Blue currency process – help in tracking on actual costs.
You will help managing business insights and performance of the office, closely working with finance leadership on key financial decks and sector leaders support. 
You will help in driving key finance projects e.g., various cost projects in INO, real estate costs review, supporting per-diem review/setting, beach projections, multi year office growth models, vendor cost review, payments terms review.
You will be coordinating, leading and acting as India office's SPOC for firm's GSR support, looking at allocation, ensuring correct documentation as per local compliance, payments released in time.
You will provide day-to-day support on finance and accounting related matters including, but not limited to, inter-company analysis, review of payment of WHT, P&L review, non-client codes review and control their budgets etc. 
You will be responsible for month-end activities and ensuring accounting books of both legal entities close within stipulated time. You will be working with firm treasury on cash flow and ensure adequate funding for business operations.
You will be collaborating with the relevant stakeholders/teams to set up new processes, process improvements in the transactions etc. The role may expand as per the office needs.
