Objectives of the Position
- To Drive the market development for SA Sub region - – innovation concepts, Brand Oriented Solution selling, Product mix and market information
- Maximise profitability through price and product mix
- Market and data intelligence analysis to drive business growth
- Work closely with the regional product managers and Mkt Development Team to generate adequate support in terms of prices, new launches, specific product studies
Main Tasks
- Market research: Analyzing current and potential markets to identify market size, growth potential, and customer segments
- Developing and implementing new business plans for target market segments
- Managing sales and gross margin profitability for assigned
- Identifying key direct and indirect cost drivers and their impact on business profitability
- Implementing existing marketing and sales strategies and identifying opportunities
- Identifying innovation, BOSS with existing and new customers Developing, implementing, and managing the organization's advertising strategy
- Work closely with the Local ATTS, regional Product managers, regional market development team for concept development, price support and product studies required
- Work with the regional CIDS team to understand the consumers and drive the innovation/focus products concepts in line to connect with the customers
- Digitalisation projects
Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position
- Education: Bachelor of science or engineering
- Working Experience (min required exp.): 6-8years
- Proficiency in PPT, excel and power BI
- Understanding on Mintel, Euromonitor
- Technical & Professional Knowledge: Knoweldge of personal care ingredients and basic knowledge of formulation will be necessay. Should be a competent communicator and should create a positive impact.
