Job Summary

The “Assistant Manager Supply Chain Solution” will be based in Chennai , reporting to Manager

What a typical day looks like

Analytics & Development

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau (complex calculations, LODs, performance tuning).

  
  

• Develop and manage MicroStrategy (MSTR) reports, documents, and dashboards.

  
  

• Translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions with high performance and usability.

  
  

• Ensure data accuracy, validation, and UAT support across dashboards and reports.

  
  

Snowflake & SQL Development

• Develop optimized SQL queries and data models in Snowflake.

  
  

• Build and maintain database objects (tables, views, stored procedures).

  
  

• Perform query optimization, debugging, and performance tuning.

  
  

• Support data integration and ETL processes for analytics platforms.

  
  

Automation & AI Initiatives

• Drive automation use cases across reporting and data pipelines.

  
  

• Design and implement AI-based solutions including:

  
  

  • SQL-based chatbots / conversational analytics.

    
    

  • Generative AI use cases for reporting and insights.

    
    

• Work on semantic models, natural language querying, and AI-driven insights.

  
  

Project Governance & Documentation

• Ensure end-to-end documentation for all dashboards, reports, and enhancements.

  
  

• Maintain BRDs, technical design documents, and deployment artefacts.

  
  

• Enforce adherence to dashboard deployment checklists, performance documentation, and validation standards.

  
  

Team Management & Leadership

• Lead and mentor team members to ensure a high-performance, motivated, and skilled team.

  
  

• Allocate tasks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery.

  
  

Core Technical Skills

• Tableau (Desktop, Server, Prep) – Advanced dashboard development

  
  

•  Looking for Hands on experience on python skill

  
  

• MicroStrategy (MSTR) – Reports, Objects, Dashboards

  
  

• Strong SQL expertise (Snowflake preferred)

  
  

• Data Warehousing concepts & ETL tools

  
  

 Automation & AI

• Exposure to GenAI, Chatbots, or AI-based analytics solutions

  
  

• Experience or interest in building intelligent automation workflows

  
  

• Knowledge of natural language processing / semantic analytics (preferred)

  
  

Project & Leadership Skills

• Strong project management and documentation discipline

  
  

• Experience in handling end-to-end dashboard lifecycle

  
  

• Team leadership and mentoring capability

  
  

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a global environment
