About this Role
We are seeking a Quality Auditor to monitor, evaluate, and enhance the quality and compliance of HR operational transactions within HR Services. The role focuses on ensuring audit readiness, accuracy, and adherence to established policies, SOPs, and regulatory standards, with particular emphasis on high-risk, payroll-impacting processes. The individual will play a key role in defect reduction, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement to strengthen stakeholder confidence and operational excellence.


What you’ll do
  • Conduct daily quality audits on HR transactions (financial and non-financial) using defined sampling methodologies.
  • Ensure full audit coverage for critical or high-risk transactions and apply risk-based sampling for others.
  • Validate transactions against SOPs, process documentation, system checks, and policy controls.
  • Maintain strong accuracy metrics (DPO/DPU) and update audit tools such as QuEST.
  • Document audit outcomes with clear categorisation of errors and supporting evidence.
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify trends, recurring issues, and systemic gaps.
  • Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly reports, dashboards, and insights using Excel and Power BI.
  • Track rework, reversals, escalations, and corrective actions through to resolution.
  • Share timely, constructive feedback with operational teams and stakeholders.
  • Support internal and external audits (including SOX and EY reviews) by ensuring documentation and compliance readiness.
  • Collaborate with operations, subject matter experts, and leads to enhance process controls and compliance.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, standardisation, and process improvements.Contribute to training needs identification and support refresher sessions.
  • Assist in updating SOPs, governance frameworks, and control documentation.



Who you are
  • 3–6+ years of experience in HR quality, audit, or compliance.
  • A graduate or postgraduate qualification (preferably BE or MBA in HR or equivalent HR expertise).
  • Strong knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, and advanced Excel.
  • Clear and effective communication skills.
  • Experience in business process improvement and strategic planning is desirable.
  • Familiarity with process mapping tools such as Signavio, Celonis, or ARIS is advantageous.
  • Working knowledge of SAP systems such as SuccessFactors and Employee Interaction Center (EIC) is beneficial.
