We are looking for highly motivated candidates and result –oriented individuals with consistent academic record and good communication skills. Candidate should possess Passion for technology and eagerness to learn. Candidates will be responsible for support of enterprise software applications & systems. Day to day activities will involve L1 application Support. Need to work in shifts, including night shifts.

• Minimum requirement: Basic math, basic electrical and electronics, programming in C, Python, PL/SQL, proficient in English​
• Software proficiency: MS Office, Confluence, Jira, ServiceNow Ticketing system​
• Skills: Fast learner, good at communicating, quick thinker, problem solver, familiarity with sensors, actuators, basic programming knowledge (C, Python, Mechatronics, PLC ladder logic) 
• Hands-on experience with RDBMS such as MySQL, MS SQL, or Oracle (preferred).
• Practical experience with Python and AI technologies.
• Solid foundation in algorithms and data structures.
• Familiarity with Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) and Design Patterns.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong technical and analytical skills.

• Willingness to participate in on-call support on a shift basis.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good documentation skills with attention to detail.
• Direct interaction with US-based teams to present completed features and functionalities.

Desired Candidate Profile:  0 - 3 years of relevant industry experience
Education

• BE/B.Tech in Computer Engineering or Information Technology
