What you’ll do:

Eaton announced, on June 11, 2026, the intent to combine its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) with a new company. We expect to complete this process by the end of the first half of 2027. The compensation and benefits that will initially be offered for this position are based on Eaton's plans, programs and practices. If you are offered and accept this position and are actively employed by the Mobility Group when the transaction closes, the new company will provide further details to employees concerning compensation and benefits at that time.




"This role focuses on SIOP reporting, analytics, and digitalization for the Mobility business.
The individual will support business decision-making by developing dashboards, analyzing supply chain data, and improving visibility across demand, supply, and inventory metrics."



"1. Develop and maintain SIOP dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI and Excel
2. Analyze key supply chain metrics such as:
a. Forecast accuracy
b. Inventory levels (Days on Hand)
c. Customer service (Fill Rate / OTD)
d. Past due orders and backlog
3. Track forecast vs actual performance and highlight key trends, risks, and opportunities
4. Provide data-driven insights to support demand and supply planning decisions
5. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting across stakeholders
6. Support digital initiatives in SIOP through development of automated reports and dashboards 
7. Improve data visibility by integrating data from ERP and planning systems 
8. Work on basic data extraction, transformation, and reporting enhancements 
9. Contribute to adoption of digital tools such as Power BI and analytics solutions
10. Work with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Planning) to gather data and reporting requirements 
11. Support SIOP review meetings by providing insights and structured reports 
12. Assist teams in understanding key metrics and performance drivers
13. Provide analytical support for demand and supply planning activities 
14. Assist in preparation of inputs for SIOP cycle and review forums 
15. Support continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis"



Qualifications:

Should be Graduate / Engineering graduate with Master’s degree (Preferably into Business Management, Statistics)
2 to 4 years of relevant experience into Supply Chain out of which minimum 2 years in SIOP/S&OP and Inventory Management.



Skills:

"• Proficient skills level in MS Office: Advanced Excel and Power Point presentations.
• Profiecient in Power BI, Power Query, VBA, SQL.
• Proficient and good hands on exposure on ERP (Preferred SAP, Oracle)
• Knowledge of Forecasting solutions like Demantra, Forecast Pro, Demand Solutions.
