Data Ingestion & BI / Consumption Layer: • Experience with data ingestion tools and frameworks to integrate data from multiple sources. • Strong understanding of BI / analytics consumption layers (e.g., Power BI or equivalent). • Ability to design analytics-ready, curated datasets for reporting and insights. 4. GenAI & AI Enablement: • Experience in integrating LLMs with enterprise data platforms. • Hands-on exposure to GenAI-enabled data solutions, including: 1. Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns 2. Secure data access for AI use cases • Focus on AI use‑case enablement rather than model training. 5. DevOps, Security & Governance • Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for data engineering workloads. • Strong understanding of data security, data quality, and governance practices. • Knowledge of version control systems and collaborative development workflows. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Associate Data Platform Architect to join our Digitalization Projects team. In this role, you will be responsible for hands-on data engineering while contributing to data architecture and platform design initiatives. ? Design, build, and maintain end-to-end data pipelines on cloud-based data platforms. ? Develop and enhance Snowflake-based analytical solutions ensuring performance, scalability, and security. ? Implement data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration pipelines across multiple sources. ? Contribute data platform architecture decisions and follow established design standards. ? Enable GenAI-driven use cases by integrating LLMs with enterprise data platforms. ? Design secure and scalable data access patterns for AI and analytics consumption. ? Collaborate closely with business and product owners to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. ? Ensure data quality, reliability, and governance across pipelines and platforms. ? Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for data engineering assets. ? Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and technical discussions. ? Stay updated with emerging trends in data platforms, Snowflake features, cloud services, and GenAI technologies. Required Skills and Experience ? B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech (Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical or related discipline). ? 8+ years of overall IT experience with strong focus on data engineering and data platforms, and minimum of 2+ years as Data Platform Architect. ? Proven hands-on experience with Snowflake and modern data platform implementations. ? Strong experience with cloud technologies, like AWS/GCP/Azure. ? Experience in building enterprise-scale data pipelines and analytical data solutions. ? Exposure to GenAI integrations with data platforms. ? Experience working directly with business and product stakeholders. ? Strong understanding of data security, data quality, and governance principles. ? Knowledge of CI/CD, version control, and DevOps practices for data platforms. ? Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. ? Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management capabilities. ? Ability to work in a fast-paced, product-oriented environment.
