An Ideal Candidate:



Results-driven procurement and contract management professional with over 5 years of experience in handling supplier negotiations and end-to-end contract lifecycle management within a regulated or financial services environment. Demonstrates strong expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex agreements such as SOWs, amendments, and commercial contracts while ensuring compliance with procurement policies and organizational standards. Skilled in stakeholder management, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and external vendors to drive value and timely contract execution. Proven ability to manage high volumes of contractual documentation, streamline processes, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Possesses strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, with a focus on delivering business outcomes and operational excellence. Exposure to S2C processes and certifications is an added advantage, along with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.




Key Competencies:



  • Manage end-to-end lifecycle of third-party contracts including SOWs, amendments, and commercial agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and partner management teams to process contracts within defined timelines and governance frameworks.
  • Lead and support negotiations with suppliers to achieve commercial value aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Ensure all contracts comply with procurement policies, regulatory requirements, and internal standards.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (finance, legal, risk, and business units) for approvals and contract execution.
  • Maintain accurate contract documentation, reporting, and trackers to support governance and audit requirements.
  • Identify gaps in existing contracting processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and delivery.
  • Support senior leadership with insights on contract performance, spend visibility, and risk mitigation.
  • Contribute to strategic sourcing and supplier management initiatives to optimize cost, quality, and service delivery.
