We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented C++ Developer with 1–2 years of experience to join our engineering team. The candidate will work on designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications using C++.



Responsibilities & Deliverables

As an Associate Software Engineer, your deliverables will include, but are not limited to:



  • Software Design: Participate in design meetings and analyze user needs to determine technical requirements.
  • Code Development: Design and develop high-quality, efficient C++ code.
  • Testing & Debugging: Test, debug, analyze, and fix application issues; work closely with stakeholders to resolve problems promptly.
  • Lifecycle Management: Follow the software development lifecycle process.
  • Stakeholder Interaction: Collaborate with internal teams to support product releases and resolve program issues.
  • Additional Projects: Handle other duties and projects as assigned
Required Experience & Skills
  • Experience: 1–2 years in software development including design and coding.
  • C++ Programming & Data Structure: Strong understanding of OOP concepts, STL, and memory management.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to analyze requirements and propose effective solutions.
  • Version Control: Familiarity with Git or similar tools.
  • Industry Knowledge: Payments/Financial industry experience preferred.
  • Methodologies: Knowledge of software development methodologies and lifecycle processes.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to provide solutions to moderately complex technical problems independently.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; effective customer service skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently or within a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
