Dow has an exciting and challenging opportunity for an Associate Solution Manager role located in Mumbai, India.

As an experienced software engineer, you will be responsible for working with a scrum team through design, development, and implementation of workable digital solutions that meet business and functional stakeholder requirements, while exploring and prototyping the latest technologies. You will be a proponent and practitioner of Dow's Agile Scrum methodology and strategy.

In this role, you’ll be developing complex applications, while acting as a lead developer, to streamline business operations and improve overall user experience. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong desire to increase efficiencies and make an impact while contributing to a cross-functional team. Your ability to creatively collaborate and execute team goals will affect scalability and directly contribute to the Dow’s mission .

Job Responsibilities / Duties:

• Collaborate with scrum teams to produce software design leaded by architect.
• Work closely with a wide variety of stakeholders to analyze and break down requirements into small, simple, workable deliverables.
• Develop scalable solutions using tools like Angular, C#, Dotnet, MS SQL Server, Power App and other open stack frameworks.
• Work across multiple projects simultaneously.
• Design, implement, and deliver to production complete end-to-end fully functional solutions.
• Revise, update, refactor and debug code.

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical field.
• Master's degree is desirable
• A minimum of 8 years of software development experience.
• Expertise in Angular & .Net (C#, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript)
• Knowledge of Information technology work process, methodologies, and tools. (including Agile and Scrum)
• Good communicate skill in English with customer about technical issues and scenarios, understand business context and translate into technical language.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience or knowledge on Azure Cloud Platform
• Knowledge and experience in Agile software development methodologies and work processes, especially Scrum.
• Good understanding with Code and Frameworks from recent developments: C#, .Net Core, Angular, TypeScript, jQuery, HTML5/CSS.
• Notable experience with database programming using Microsoft SQL Server or MySQL.
• Knowledge for coding design pattern.
