Name of the position:

Asst. farm incharge

Job location: Bangalore

No. of vacancies: 1

Age criteria: Between 25 to 35 yrs

Educational background required: Agri graduate

Experience required: Ensure crop cultivation resulting in the requirements of the Breeder/Researcher, to facilitate an effective selection of crops

Salary bracket: As per industry standard

Job specification

• Independend execution and assessment of all more complex tests/productions, as well as the recording of all related results of the department/crop/productions in designated systems, signalling abnormalities and solving process related problems together with stakeholders

• Accountable for cultivation of a given crop(s) all over the site (incl. climate control, crop protections, fertilization, irrigation)

• Documentation of incidents and procedures related to crop management

• Ensure all tasks within the crop trials are executed in such a way that it's aligned with the crop and financial/budget objectives

• Use of technical knowledge and experience to partner with Breeders/Researchers and agree on the most effective conditions

• Definition and evaluation of crop objectives together with Breeders and Researchers

• Responsible for a healthy and safe working environment.

2. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for 1st level interview with Farm manager, R&D Manager and HR

3. Final interview of shortlisted candidates ( in 1st level interview) will be interviewed by Regional Director
