Position: Auditing Senior Level
Location: OMAN
Salary: OMR 300 - 350
Duty Hours: 08 Hours + Overtime

Job Summary:


We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Auditing Senior Level professional to lead our auditing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in auditing, strong leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of auditing standards and regulations. This role involves overseeing all aspects of the audit process, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and providing strategic insights to improve financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage audit engagements, including planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Develop and implement audit plans and strategies.
  • Review and evaluate financial statements for accuracy and compliance.
  • Assess internal controls and risk management processes.
  • Identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations for enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and action plans.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Supervise and mentor junior audit staff, providing guidance and training.
  • Liaise with external auditors, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with the latest auditing standards, regulations, and best practices.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA, ACCA) is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Senior Auditor or in a similar senior-level auditing role.
  • In-depth knowledge of auditing standards, principles, and practices.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in auditing software and tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
