5 to 8 years of experience as SAP SuccessFactors Migration Consultant, having worked on 2 or more implementations.Experience Required:· Valid SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification is mandatory.· Knowledge in data migration via SFSF standard CSV Template,· Deep knowledge of Migration (foundation objects, positions, employee data)· Experience in EC Time off and EC Benefits preferred.· Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and design solutions within the SuccessFactors system.· Execute all phases of SuccessFactors data migration projects, including planning, analysis, design, development, testing, and go-live· Develop and document data migration strategies and plans.· Analyze source data and identify potential data quality issues.· Develop and implement data cleansing and transformation strategies.· Configure and use SuccessFactors data migration tools.· Test and validate migrated data.· Train end users on new system and data migration process· Document all project activities and deliverables.· Knowledge of inter-module dependencies in SAP SuccessFactors.· Aware of all the stages of SAP implementation methodology.· Good business knowledge of various HR processes and Talent management processes.· Good understanding of the SAP SuccessFactors HCM suite architectureExperience Good to Have:· Good business knowledge of various HR processes and Talent management processes.· Has good understanding of the S4HANA/SAP HCM products to aid in workshops and architect solutions.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:· Strong attention to detail and good analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
