Responsibilities –


The Business Analyst will develop and manage a clear and actionable backlog, guide feature design, act as a servant-leader to help accelerate the development team and communicate with the organization and customers about our products. The ideal candidate is an experienced Agile Product Owner with strong writing, presentation, organizational, and empathy driven user experience design skills with a keen interest in data visualization, analytics, and usability.


  • Identify, create, and facilitate changes by conducting business and process analysis at a complex level, focusing on quality deliverables and data management
  • Collaborate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new enhancements to existing applications Define the scope of an actionable project in cooperation with key stakeholders
  • Convey new technology innovation requirements to internal teams responsible for the delivery of these services Identify and guide innovations and enhancements
  • Produce advanced presentations and technical documentation for an audience consisting of associates across various functions and levels of the business

Qualifications


  • Engineering Graduate in Any Specialization
  • Min of  5-7 years. of experience in BA or PO Role

Requirements and Skills –


  • Collaborate regularly with Engineering and Product Management team to distill release level requirement requests into actionable and well estimated plans
  • Build and maintain clean, clear, and actionable product backlogs with well thought through priority and significant runway for development
  • Collaborate regularly with Software Engineers, Quality Assurance, Documentation and Scrum Masters to answer questions, refine stories and designs, enable realistic estimation, and otherwise ensure that development teams have clear enough understanding and priority to deliver
  • Work with Experience Designers and Customers to design, validate, and refine product features so they are powerful but still inclusive for all users
  • Review acceptance criteria and offer constructive feedback on product development as it happens
  • Organize and participate in regular demonstrations to distill relevant feedback from internal stakeholders, and customers
  • Ensure daily that ensure that bugs and stories are triaged and managed in issue tracking systems according to company standards and properly reflected on reporting
  • Ability to work independently and design product features which stand up over time given high level business goals.
  • Must be a strong agile servant-leader who works to help team members achieve success proactively.

        *  Domain experience in Sustainability Services will be an added advantage
