Job Summary:
Be a critical link between Data Office, Technical Data Teams, market consultants and Business Teams. Consistently collect and analyse business trends, internal and external, and bring business intelligence to the leadership team and fucntions. Bring automation, including new tech, for business processes and needs to drive better insight and efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Business Intelligence1. Work alongside different business stakeholders to establish business needs.2. Gather & structure information from various sources.3. Data interpretation to make decisions and support strategies.4. Design data for Dashboards to serve business needs.5. Make recommendations to improve quality and efficiency of data systems.6. Identify patterns and trends in data sets and analyze results
Automation :1. Work on Business Automation with respect to data and process2. Work with stake holders and identifying business needs and work on automation inlcuding adopting new technology3. Consistentl explore new technology to drive efficiency on business reporting, business intelligence and process
Work closely with Master Data Team on ORLM, PIM & O2LTData Delivery Team: Technical Team comprising of ETL Developers & Tableau DevelopersBusiness Teams: League Leaders, Product Owners, Launch Leaders, Finance Controllers, Business Case Controllers, FP&A, LoB Offer Marketing & Application Marketing Teams.
Qulaification : Bachelors with certificaiton in Data Science. 10+yr exp in Data Analytics or Business
Skills and Competencies:1. Highly organized with attention to detail2. Experience in data models, data cleaning and data preparation.3. Experience in analyzing ETL mapping documents and database testing with SQL skills.4. Experience in visualization (Tableau & Power BI)5. Ability to analyze large datasets and expertise in data domain.6. Ability to design comprehensive reports and dashboards.7. Ability to learn specialized tools & applications. (Kinaxis, OneMM, IDS)8. Proficiency in Excel & PPT is a must.9. Strong verbal and written communication skills (Conduct walk-in / Training sessions).10. Able to work with programmers, engineers, and management to identify improvements of data models.
