Business System Analyst, Subscription, and provisioning - Business Application Team

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with a deep understanding of subscription-based business models and provisioning processes. You will play a key role in supporting our subscription engine, ensuring smooth integration between different systems, and providing valuable insights to optimize our subscription and provisioning operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Subscription Management:
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of subscription engines like Zoura or Salesforce.
  • Analyse and understand subscription-based selling and provisioning processes.
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure efficient and accurate subscription management.
• Integration Expertise:
  • Design, develop, and execute integration tests to validate seamless communication between various systems involved in the subscription and provisioning lifecycle.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring data accuracy and system functionality.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to identify and implement solutions for integration challenges.
• Business Analysis:
  • Analyse business needs and user requirements related to subscription and provisioning functionalities.
  • Develop clear and concise user stories and technical specifications.
  • Document processes and workflows to ensure clarity and consistency.
• Documentation: Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including integration specifications, API documentation, and troubleshooting guides.
• Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate technical aspects of Subscription management and integration solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering alignment and understanding.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Project Leadership: Provide technical/functional leadership and guidance throughout the lifecycle of the project and ensure the successful delivery on time.

• 5 + years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Proven experience working with subscription engines like Zoura or Salesforce.
• In-depth knowledge of system integration principles and methodologies.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• Proven track record with 5+ years of experience in business system analysis, particularly in subscription and provisioning domains.
• Proficiency in subscription engines like Zoura or Salesforce, with hands-on experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience with integration validation and systems integration is highly desirable.
