Main responsibilities:


Administration and configuration


  • Responsible for the preparation of the Business Requirements of Tracelink serialization
  • Conduct and document the system tests (User Acceptance Tests, Non-Regression Tests) in case of CMO on-boarding, new features, upgrades of Tracelink
  • Perform the configuration of the Tracelink system
  • Perform the CMO technical on-boarding  
  • Ensure the batch monitoring and data flow monitoring /issues list follow-up
  • Provide documentation to ensure the efficient and compliant execution of serialization processes according to External Manufacturing procedures
  • Assist in any maintenance of serialization systems including the troubleshooting and resolution of routine issues
  • Assist with the implementation of new Tracelink modules and upgrades to existing system
  • Assist in client communication with regards to serialization
  • Escalation of issues as necessary to line management
  • Contribute to prepare and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions related to Tracelink serialization
  • Establish dashboard and KPIs on system administration & performance

Supply continuity


  • Liaise with different stakeholders like External Manufacturing Supply, Quality, Regulatory teams, Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO), markets business teams to ensure business continuity in markets concerned by Tracelink serialization

Continuous improvement


  • Propose and implement process upgrades and efficiency improvements

Business Service owner


  • Accountable for the quality of the service to Business customers

Requirements:


  • Experience as system BSO in pharmaceutical industry
  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience working with Serialization Technologies such as Tracelink is a plus
  • Knowledge of technical serialization platforms
  • Good knowledge of Quality Management, Industry standards, regulations (GxP, SOX, Data Privacy, etc.), and trends
  • Knowledge in Industrial pharmaceutical processes
  • Ability to structure, organize, and anticipate
  • Adaptability to a changing and highly dynamic work environment
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders and articulate complex technical concepts
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Work and communicate effectively as a leader of global, cross-functional, multi-national project teams or work groups
  • Work autonomously and execute complex activities and capacity to anticipate and report any alert with proposed solution/risk mitigation
  • Service and results oriented
  • Manage relations with vendor and service providers as required to improve the operational excellence
