Job description

We are looking for a C++, QT Embedded Engineer with strong experience in multithreading, RTOS concepts, and object-oriented design & CAN to develop high-performance, real-time automotive systems.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop real-time embedded software using C++ (C++11/14/17), CAN and QT
  • Implement multithreaded applications with proper synchronization mechanisms
  • Develop modular and scalable OOP-based architectures
  • Work with RTOS concepts such as:
    • Tasks/threads
    • Message queues
    • Mutexes / semaphores
  • Design and implement inter-task communication mechanisms
  • Ensure thread safety, memory safety, and performance optimization
  • Debug complex issues related to:
    • Race conditions
    • Deadlocks
    • Memory leaks
  • Develop sensor data acquisition and processing pipelines
  • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architecture decisions
Technical Skills Required1. Core Skills
  • Strong C++ & QT programming (OOP, STL, RAII, memory management)
  • Hands-on experience with multithreading
    • std::thread, mutex, condition_variable
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Race conditions
    • Deadlocks
    • Synchronization
2. Embedded / RTOS
  • Experience with RTOS (FreeRTOS, QNX, VxWorks, etc.)
  • Knowledge of:
    • Task scheduling
    • Inter-process communication (IPC)
    • Priority handling
3. System-Level Understanding
  • Experience in Embedded Linux / POSIX systems
  • Understanding of hardware-near programming
  • Knowledge of driver interaction / sensor interfaces
4. Automotive Domain (Preferred)
  • Experience with:
    • ECU software development
    • Sensor data handling (Speed, RPM, Temperature, etc.)
  • Exposure to:
    • CAN / LIN / Automotive communication (good to have)
    • AUTOSAR (plus)
