Job Description
  • Grow and develop junior teammates through regular support and training.
  • Provide support to engineers in resolving complex technical issues.
  • Efficient handling and resolution of all related escalations.
  • Contribute to the Citrix Confluence knowledgebase in the form of new or updated technical documents.
  • Working relationship with Citrix Support Analysts and the Senior Citrix Support Engineer.

Qualifications

1-3 years working knowledge developing & supporting across the following technologies:


CVAD 7x working knowledge, including RDS and VDI


Citrix Director, DDC, StoreFront, Studio and WEM


  • VMware ESXi and vCenter
  • FSlogix profile management
  • Microsoft App-V application packaging and deployment
  • Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019

Service Now ticket management and CMDB
