Summary: As a Cloud Native Engineer, you will be responsible for selecting and deploying suitable cloud-native tools to expedite application development. Having expertise in the target cloud-native tools is crucial, and this role may focus on a specific native cloud platform like Azure, AWS, GCP, etc. Roles & Responsibilities: -Manage and guide a team of engineers to design, build, and deploy cloud-native solutions using AWS services.
-Own project planning, resource allocation, and delivery management while ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
-Architect scalable and secure solutions using AWS Connect, Amazon Lex, Lambda, and API Gateway.
-Act as the primary point of contact for technical and delivery matters, liaising with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
Promote best practices in cloud architecture, including the AWS Well-Architected Framework.
-Drive team performance through regular coaching, performance reviews, and mentorship.
-Ensure continuous integration and delivery pipelines are in place, and champion DevOps culture.
-Oversee the implementation of Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or similar tools.
Must have:- Deep experience with AWS Connect, Amazon Lex, AWS Lambda, and API Gateway
Strong programming knowledge in at least one language: Python, Node.js, or Java
Proven leadership experience managing cloud/DevOps teams
Solid grasp of serverless architecture, microservices, and cloud-native design patterns
