CNC Programmer & Setter

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer & Setter to join our team. This role requires a high level of precision and expertise in programming and setting CNC machines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, with extensive experience in CNC operations, programming, and maintenance.

• Develop and program CNC machines using [specify software, e.g., Master cam, SolidWorks, etc.] to produce parts as per engineering drawings.
  
• Set up tools, fixtures, and machine settings according to the required specifications.
  
• Conduct first-article inspections using precision measuring instruments to ensure products meet quality standards.
  
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure operational efficiency.
  
• Identify and troubleshoot programming errors or machine malfunctions to minimize downtime.
  
• Maintain accurate records of programming code, machine settings, and maintenance logs.
  
• Work closely with the production team and engineers to optimize machining processes and improve overall productivity.
  

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (B.E), preferably in Mechanical or related field.
  
• 4-8 years of experience in CNC programming and setting.
  
• Certification in CNC programming from a recognized institution is preferred.
  

• Strong understanding of CNC programming and the ability to set up CNC machines efficiently.
  
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure high precision in CNC operations.
  
• Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve issues related to CNC programming and machine operation.
  
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with other team members.
  
• Ability to manage time effectively, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
