What you will enjoy doing
  • Excellent knowledge in Mazatrol Smooth G controller.
  • Should be able to create turning and 2D milling programs and execute the same on the machine.
  • Excellent knowledge in defining turning process steps, selection of right tools and defining the optimum machining parameters, to create programs and run successfully on the machine.
  • Strong knowledge in GD &T. Ability to do precision work on the machine, with accuracies <= 5 Microns.
  • Prior work experience in an injection molding tool room is an added advantage.
  • Good knowledge in maintenance of the machine.

  • Diploma in Mechanical.
  • Decent communication skills.
  • Ability to work well with other departments.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience on Mazak Turning/Turn-Mill center/Integrex
