We are currently collection and payment team and are looking for an experienced Collection Manager to join our mission.
Your impact:
- Responsible for day to day Collection Activity on global trade finance customers
- Collection activity centered mainly around 0-30 days portfolio of the regional market
- Continuously Monitor incoming payments and request remittances accordingly
- Ensure timely and accurate cash allocation
- Query management for deductions on payments
- Escalation in case of delayed payments // unsolved deductions
- Responsible for maintaining a clean portfolio by ensuring regular and timely follow ups with the sales teams and customers for upcoming repayments
- Provide operational support to transaction management
