About the Job:
The Communication Specialist will be responsible to improve engagement of divisions, sites, and people, and influence connectivity across IMEA cluster. This includes – but not limits to – internal branding ideas and executions, to partner with business groups for internal activation of strategies, and ensure internal branding and communications are always progressive and consistent.
What is needed?
Key responsibilities.
- Strengthening regional strategies for sustainability and engagement across IMEA
- Organization announcements, writing News, Customer wins, Stories, Updates etc.
- Planning for Group Management events and communication
- Leadership across the various scopes of internal communication
- Employee Value Proposition related communication and events
- Employee Voice and Customer Satisfaction Enhancement surveys
- Drive and participate in internal forums e.g., diversity, Alumni, HR, and recruitment.
- Branding of offices, locations, company fleet and assets, events etc.
- Manage townhalls and internal information sessions.
- Internal crisis communications
- Planning internal communication releases and update (newsletters, events/ days)
- Ensure organization’s initiatives are communicated.
- Consistent messaging and advisory across IMEA Cluster
- Speaking partner to global internal communication teams
- Support for employee experience initiatives, employee voice and feedback
- Leverages all the internal communication channels.
- Full presence across IMEA cluster for internal communication scopes and initiatives.
What you can be?
- Holding a degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
- 4+ Years of experience in similar role
- Excellent writing skills, talented storyteller
- Excellent speaking / public speaking
- Interpersonal skills, excellent team player, problem solver
- Creative and outside the box thinker
- Experienced in communication program creation and management
Workplace & Reporting
The position is located at India Customer Center at Dapodi, Pimpri Chinchwad. The position holder will report to Marketing and Communication Manager (IMEA Cluster) who is based in Dubai.
