You will work independently on the serviceability aspects of RF coils and provide advice and guidelines to introduce service innovation methods or procedures within the organization, through:
Formulate requirements that will allow the Field Service Engineer to diagnose and resolve product issues.
Improving the serviceability of new and released products through innovation models and enhancement requests of the field service organizations.
Defining the complete service package for components as: service parts, processes, tools, documentation, training and other required supporting information. Executing validation tests within the projects and resolve service issues during product introduction.
Collaborating with R&D Life Cycle Engineering to ensure that we keep our systems serviceable over the committed service lifetime of the system.
Driving service improvement projects based on call-rate, new service technologies, new service processes or new reliability guidelines.
Skills Hands on experience in RF coils research and development. Technically strong in RF coils. Individual contributor with good experience in technical support/R&D/Field service specially in RF coils.
